The ideal candidate should be a creative, responsible, versatile person with strong technological understanding and experience working in technological companies.

Typical Duties Include:

• Compose technical content for our Online Help Guide
• Collaborate with R&D, Support, and Marketing to learn about the product and new features
• Edit existing content to make sure it is up-to-date and accurate
• Write functional documentation (APIs and code examples)

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• Native English speaker- a Must
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence – an advantage
• Familiarity with MadCap – Nice to have
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-stress start-up environment and deal with multiple projects and deadlines
