Implemented the Cisco network at Winnersh data centre facility hosting virtual Internet Service Providers (ISP's) and deployed web and application load balancers including the Cisco Local Director and Arrowpoint the first chassis based (L5-7) content services switch deployed in Europe. Working in a project capacity I also provided pre-sales technical consultancy to customers including public sector and enterprise organisations and implemented some of the first Cisco PIX firewalls in Public Sector.

Operated a network of unattended touch screen kiosks within Heathrow Airport designed to sell and deliver products from 18 different manufacturer warehouses, fulfilling customer orders to 42 countries. My responsibility was to test the software releases in pre-production before implementing system updates to the kiosks. I successfully implemented the Local Area Network improving the communication and productivity of the organisation. As lead engineer I was responsible for overall systems administration within the data transaction centre.
