Michael Everett's Summary
Until six years ago I was the Global Creative Director on the Nestlé account at Lowe Worldwide. As such, I oversaw work produced throughout the world, work that won both awards and new business.
In addition to being a creative director, I am a fast and talented advertising writer; I have won many awards for my work and have sat on numerous advertising juries. I was also responsible for the running of a twice-yearly review of creative work from the 86-office Lowe network. While at Lowe, I also created the advertising for Flora pro.activ, the most successful-ever food product launch in Unilever’s history.
I have also contributed to training programmes on behalf of large marketing companies, notably Unilever and Nestlé, and I have run courses on the creation and writing of advertising for agencies, most recently Ogilvy. Before Lowe, I was the Joint Executive Creative Director of Grey London. And before that, I filled a similar position at Allen, Brady and Marsh.
I started my career in earnest at Collett, Dickenson, and Pearce, joining the agency just as its creative heyday began. I am a full member of D&AD, the charitable organisation that champions creative work in design, architecture and communication in all its forms. In my spare time, I collect stamps (passport, not postage) and go on long walks.
