Luke 1977 men's clothing is an independently owned design led UK mens designer British fashion brand with a tight distribution policy. Luke's men's clothing is only found in selected stores. Luke designer menswear fashion has firmly established itself as a core forward order designer men's clothing brand both in the UK & overseas, being recognised for its edgy, detailed and ultimately practical interpretation on contemporary designer menswear. Taking inspiration from all the people that surround him, Luke's designer menswear fashion clothing range has all the components of the modern lad, a gentleman, a working class hero & a bit of a rogue.
Setting up and running a brand new pop up store in central London, while taking over the management of another retail unit in east London. My role was to improve the running of already existing store and increase its performance over a short period. During that time, I have managed to reduce store running costs by 41% while increasing the sales and other KPIs. Since the opening of the pop up store, I have been successfully building a brand in London area and developing a social media channel as well as constantly looking for strategies to increase sales and profitability of the business.

Training and supervising members of staff and working as a part of the team. Creating and updating sales and profitability reports for the store and other administration work. Opening and closing procedures and cashing up.

Responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, development, succession and high performing, results driven team members. Responsible for understanding and maintaining own level of product knowledge as well as directly responsible for Store team members’ knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers in keeping with the BE NICE program. Directly responsible for loss prevention education, training and awareness programs. Directly responsible for execution and processing of merchandise both incoming and outgoing. Ensuring the execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards. Complying with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
Culture Jam I am a board member of Lithuanian Youth Association in Birmingham, which has more than 200 members. The aim of Culture Jam is to merge boundaries between different cultures through arts and collaboration. We work with national artists and local creative communities to break the barriers and encourage Lithuanian’s integration through arts.
