I have extensive business and life experience and I am a qualified executive coach, trainer and facilitator with a track record of delivering real change for individuals and organisations.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients in public and private sectors and from organisations large and small. Many of my clients have been Directors, senior managers and entrepreneurs.
The topics of my coaching sessions has ranged from boosting and improving confidence, asserting oneself when dealing with difficult clients to managing teams.
I build rapport quickly with my clients with my friendly approach and use my sense of humour to put them at their ease. I am also prepared to challenge my client's thinking when necessary to bring about the change they require to achieve their goals.
I hold a post graduate Diploma in High Performance Coaching accredited by the University of Teeside (voted the best University in the UK -2009)
