ICStec was formed in February 2002 to provide solid business solutions in the design, installation, support of IT solutions paired with the skill of product fulfilment. ICS provided proven IT solutions that were competitive, sophisticated, modular and scaleable. All product fulfilment and consultancy was independent, impartial and backed with many years experience; this resulting in solutions tailored to individuals unique business needs. ICS viewed all customers as partners, and our goal was to maintain our customer relationships whilst tendering to our customers technical investments.

Our primary aim was to provide IT expertise to those without the luxury of dedicated IT personnel, and where there is a team in place to compliment the existing team and take away the mundane processes that prevent customers from focussing on their core business.

ICS worked with their customers and end user to develop an IT strategy, starting at basics by understanding the business process in place and the existing company culture and by asking the simple question, “what do you want to achieve”. The ICS team were multi-skilled and have worked in the IT arena for a considerable time.

ICS achieved its revenue targets and was sold in December 2004 to JTL Holdings Group and rebranded as Systemactive limited.
