Operational director for wholesale/retail fish merchants. Working with a large number of food service outlets across a broad spectrum, ranging from cafes and gastropubs to 1 and 2 star Michelin establishments within the North West. Also directly responsible for the retail operation of the business.
Twenty years self-employed within the Food service and retail sector, also Five years as Operational director and eight years working as a chef in a range of establishments, from Michelin star to residential care.

Operations and sales director of a multiple site wholesale and retail fish merchants based in the North West of England.
