Providing support with the young people that use the service, a music studio open to the general public as well as speciality sessions for young adults and and individuals with learning disabilities. Assisting with vocal coaching, and working with young people with learning disabilities.

Brief role as a Support Worker, working with survivors and their families of sexual abuse. Lending a listening ear and support to those accessing the services of Mosaic II, and managing a variety of clients on a weekly basis.
Employed as part of a new team dealing with customers switching their bank accounts, following completion of this assignment, was transferred to the Retentions team to deal with customer home insurance policies.
I provided debt advice to clients that approach or are dealing with CCCS on a daily basis, responding to their queries and requests for help and support. This included general advice, in regards to how to manage their debt whilst on a Debt Management Plan - as well as being part of a team of a source of continuous support with regard to their debt to those that require it, often dealing with difficult clients and situations in the aim to resolve the problems presented and support the clients.
I was also the Communications Champion for my department, managing information boards, organizing submission of information from my department to HR, as well as taking part in the organisation and running of several office events such as our own Olympics.
I was part of the first team employed for the newly built Jury's Inn Bradford. I assisted them during and at the end of the build, and was one of the members of staff there on the day the hotel was opened. My primary roles were based in the restaurant and bar area, however I was also there to assist guests that required any extra attention or further help during their stay.
Studied a selection of modules within the course such as; cabin crew, the cruise industry, customer services, business tourism, UK airport industry and air fares and ticketing.
Activities and Societies: Took part in a business task, to create and present a business proposal to a panel of judges - my proposal won out of a selection of around 15 other proposals from other groups.
