As the Global Lead of the Curriculum Team on a large outsourced learning service, Ashley is responsible for managing the curriculum of a large FMCG company. This global outsourced service includes provision of LMS infrastructure, administration, delivery, content development and curriculum management. The core curriculum is based talent management applicable to all jobs including training in topics such as leadership, project management, presentation skills and time management. This curriculum consists of classroom-based Instructor Led Training (ILT), elearning and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT).
