For the past seven years, I've been running the UK arm of Strategic Proposals, a leading proposal management training and consultancy organisation. My colleagues and I help sales teams around the world to improve the quality of their bids and proposals, and hence their win rates.
I'm a Fellow of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, and was the first Chief Executive of its UK chapter. With my friend and business partner BJ Lownie, I also co-author the popular "Proposal Guys" blog.
