Editor at MySpace UK

Key figure in social media with proven track record of successes in content programmes, audience engagement, product development and brand alignment. Pro-active and innovative, a natural leader with a thorough understanding of online marketing and technology. Editorial, creative and commercial experience from a variety of projects managed.
Coming from a background of freelance video production, music production and teaching Music Technology at Thames Valley University, I joined MySpace in 2007 overseeing many of their key entertainment and editorial channels, including the Comedy channel, as well as brokering and executing wider content partnerships with the BBC, Channel 4, Fox and many more. This included some of the most original and successful content projects in social media.
In July 2009 I became Editor of the site and oversaw a comprehensive reboot of the site's editorial strategy and user experience. I continue to lead the editorial team into a transitional time in the site's short but remarkable history.
