MPD "Paradise" Dawes' Summary
NYC raised, British born poet/ lyricist and youth advocate. Now residing in London. Professional career began with upstart grass-roots entertainment project(s) which afforded me great industry insight in liaising, marketing, negotiating and the creating of a footpath-like infrastructure to achieving national and international exposure, accolades and success. Many later projects have revolved around youth edu-tainment.
When you’ve battled the likes of Jay-Z,
shared stages with most of Hip-Hop’s elite including DMX, Outkast, and Eminem; collaborated with luminaries such as KRS-One, Roots Manuva, and Skinnyman;
Represented both The Bronx and Brixton, and gone on to win awards in multiple sectors including music [MOBO, UKHip-hop], community [SLP’s Our Heroes], and business [Prince Charles’ Business in The Community, Race for Opportunity]...
This is when you've earned the title of “Multipreneur.”
Specialties
Branding and identity, Public relations in media, develop strategic planning for targeted media, Youth advocacy, Mentoring, Project coordinator, Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
