Founded Nazca Services to deliver specialist ECM and document capture consultancy services to support market leading vendors within the ECM market reposition; also large enterprises implementing ECM and document capture systems. Major contract wins include Avnet, Kodak and DHL Global Forwarding.
• Assigned Architect responsibility to develop DHL Global Forwarding document capture strategy, write their business requirements specification and assist writing the Request For Proposal. Guide Project Team select the appropriate system to capture 250 million pages per annum across 650 global sites.
• Restructured Kodak’s capture software licence strategy in EAMER and developed solutions sales training. Success directly contributed to significant increase in Kodak EAMER capture software licence sales.
• Developed Avnet UK’s SharePoint strategy securing Microsoft’s endorsement as their preferred Enterprise Content Management (ECM) distribution partner in the UK.

Completed 16 month earn out contract with Infonic Plc who acquired my Company, Tokairo Ltd, in January 2006. Infonicis a software vendor specializing in SharePoint offline synchronization, text analytics, search and document management.
Reported to the VP Sales, my major achievements in this position include:
• Orchestrated and managed the sale of Tokairo to Infonic Plc in January 2006 and earn out up to March 31st 2007.
• Successfully merged Tokairo’s business operations in particular the sales and marketing operation with Infonic business infrastructure.
• Repositioned document management product strategy focusing on Microsoft SharePoint, established strategic partnership with Microsoft to leverage their partner network.
• Setup and launched Tokairo Premier Partner Program in Singapore, UK and US.
