I see my job as a vocation and my philosophy for that vocation is very simple - I want to help people and companies achieve their potential ~ and to do that I have to create results.
This means that whether as a corporate trainer, coach or consultant when I am tasked with presenting material it is my job to see that it gets to the delegates or audience in a format that they can understand, relate to and benefit from.
I delight in getting my delegates or audiences to challenge their views on the world and themselves and to encourage them to think differently.
Through my company Edenchanges I deliver powerful training, coaching and consultancy sessions to any size of company from sole traders to international plcs.
Half my time is spent working with clients in the recruitment industry with the rest of my time spread across a wide range of industry sectors including solicitors, accountants, retailers, telecom providers and health care providers

All in-house courses can be tailored to a client's specific requirements and needs. Training can also be delivered either in a group format or as one to one coaching.

Our clients range from international plc's through to home based sole traders.
