Andreas holds the degrees of Doctor of Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Science in Medicine, Doctor of Science in Information Technology, and Executive MBA. Andreas is the current President of the Association for Psychological Counselling and Training, a position held since 1982.

For the last twenty years, a Research Life Fellow, Professor, and a member of working parties in the United Kingdom, European Union, and American Institutes for Information Technology, Management, and Therapy.

    From September 2002, responsible for the EMEA remediation and migration of all the IBM mainframes operating systems to the latest IBM ALL31 (ON) evolving mainframe systems. The budget for the EDS and IBM global operating systems collaboration was in the region of £25m.
