Summary

I am an extremely motivated individual with a passion for technology and business, and my degree depicts this passion by having an equal balance of Computer Science and Business Studies related modules. I am therefore able to approach problems with an analytical and logical perspective whilst also understanding the business context surrounding the problem.

Working at the forefront of one of IBM's major growth initiatives - Business Analytics Software. Working as part of a team to provide remote technical and software application support to IBM's Cognos Business Analytics customers. I work with experienced analysts, consultants and product development teams to resolve difficult technical issues as well as set-up testcases and reproduce complex customer environments.

Working with major IBM customers such as: Rolls Royce, IKEA, Disney, HSBC, Ministry of Defence & Toyota

- Maintaining permanent contact with the customer until the issue is solved
- Gathering troubleshooting information and isolating the issue and its cause
