Overseeing a team of skilled developers, web engineers and graphical designers to provide the global media infrastructure and user interfaces behind the international award winning NSBRadio and its sister online music community. Designed and implemented enterprise level, globally diverse, content distribution and live broadcast network including partnership with AOL networks and Apple iTunes. Network fully secured and supportive of outside broadcasts, from events such as Glade festival & Defcon as well as some of the worlds premier night entertainment venues. Implemented, maintained and improved online community portal with ~100,000 unique visitors per month and ~50 million hits per month. Contributed to the achievement of winning the "best radio station" award, "best website" award along with our artists receiving "best radio show" awards, at the Breakspoll international music awards in 2008, 2009, 2010 and again in 2011!

This role also encompassed research and development for adaptive bitrate media delivery across multiple devices, where the team and I developed full DVR and 'catch up TV' functionality using IOS devices (such as iPad and iPhone) without additional plugins or apps.
