Working with executive leadership teams, I co-create integrated plans for overall sustained strategic behavioural change and leadership effectiveness in the business.
I work both collectively with the team and the individuals in the team, to pay attention to the "here and now", to enhance what is already creating value, explore the real drivers for change and success, encouraging open challenge, and to highlight future options.
My approach is based on creating the safe space for real dialogue, focusing on subtle everyday practical behaviours, the power of collective intelligence and authentic leadership. I value the inner voice that every leader has within him/her self to succeed.
I am also valued for my work cross culturally. high level of perceptiveness and ability to use these for constructive benefit.
