20+ years experience in the design field, the last 15 in online/digital. In recent years I've focused on psychology and persuasion, in the context of creating employee and customer engagement.
Set up the cScape Customer Engagement Unit (CEU) in 2006 and developed a team of specialist consultants that deliver on all aspects of online marketing and communications. The CEU's Annual Online Customer Engagement Survey and accompanying report is now in its 4th year.
