I am passionately committed to the development of more engaging and cost-effective interventions in the field of offender management and the reduction of reoffending.
Using my experience of the prison and probation operations at both an operational and strategic level, I have contributed to the development and facilitation of consortia of organisations looking to bid for funding and subsequently provide services aimed at reducing the rate of reoffending, recidivism and prevention of first-time offending.
I am a qualified Prince2 practitioner, and have extensive experience of working in the private and voluntary sectors with the socially disadvantaged and those who are unrepresented and disenfranchised to improve their chances of avoiding the trap of slipping into offending. 15 years experience working in private and voluntary sector with socially excluded and disadvantaged groups.
Experience in designing and implementing projects to improve opportunites for offenders.
Undertaken Leadership & Management training, Prince 2 project management and a qualified A1 Assessor.
Goals: To influence change and make a difference!
