Since qualifying as a CELTA teacher (Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) in 1988, I have worked in Japan, Europe and UK gaining extensive experience in training, coaching and management from the service industries to finance, retail, the arts and public sectors.
Over the last 8 years, I have specialised in delivering IPT & Unified Communications (UC) training and achieved my PRINCE2 certificate in project management. In an ever growing world ‘virtual’ communication (UC) is where most of my training is becoming focused. I deliver focussed training from classroom to 1 to 1 working closely and consultatively with engineers and project managers.This ensures an effective transition and successful implementation.
