As Client Manager at Millward Brown Corporate I have led the the design and delivery of a variety of global research studies for a number of clients in the financial and related professional service sectors. Experienced in all phases of the research process including: proposal, pitch, client management, research design, execution, reporting and presentation.
• Managed several key areas of a $1m+ global awareness tracker for a big-4 professional services firm covering 8 markets and multiple stakeholders. Conducted analysis and reporting with internal clients to provide actionable recommendations for a $50m+ global advertising budget.
• Executed advertising copy testing for a global management consulting firm to inform creative development of a major advertising campaign. Personally conducted over 30 qualitative interviews with C-level executives of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 brands.
• Successfully conducted a crisis audit for a brand involved in tax avoidance scandal to mitigate reputation fallout in a time-sensitive scenario.
• Developed research to help inform the launch of a major professional service firm’s strategy consulting arm and established several KPIs to benchmark future performance.
