Nick Gendler’s Summary
I am a career and executive coach and a counsellor. I help people to enjoy a fulfilled professional and personal life.
I work with senior level people as they think through difficult issues. I call this "Thoughtful Conversations" and I see myself rather like a senior executive sounding board.
I also work as a career coach. Career planning, CV development, job seach, interview preparation and salary negotiation are among the ways I support people.
I work with people at all levels, helping them to discover what they want from their career, how to progress within their company or industry and how to exit from a role or organisation effectively and professionally. Motivating employees whose performance has reached a plateau is another area I cover, along with helping teams to work together in a more positive and productive way.
I have been helping individuals who are stuck in their careers, or facing redundancy for over 10 years. My understanding of business and ability to work at a deep level with individuals ensure that I deliver good outcomes for all concerned.
I am now running workshops in job search skills to help people transition between organisations quickly and effectively. I have been delivering workshops along these lines on behalf of other organisations for years. Contact me if you feel your organisation's employees would find a workshop helpful.
The third area of my work is personal counselling. I have been a practicing person-centred counsellor since 2003 and see clients at my home in north London.
