Business Forum Scotland

Business Forum Scotland is a monthly event for CEOs, senior managers, advisers and investors at which leaders of two businesses present their strategic issues and ask the audience for feedback on their future plans. I give my view on each company's presentation to help facilitate audience discussion and debate. The aim of these events is to help the presenting companies by giving constructive feed-back on their presentations with a view to helping them take their company to the next level. The event also provides networking opportunities for the audience members and gives them a chance to reflect on the key strategic issues that face their own businesses. The events are based on a successful model developed at MIT.
