Integration: As a Client MD at Engine I have run an integrated piece of business for 3 years, managing 4 disciplines as a single point of contact/advisor to client. ATL, media buying, digital & PR all reporting into me. I have combined the budget, timings & theme from all silos into one fused output, where the whole is greater than the sum of parts. The role has allowed me to develop a strategic overview of integration & become truly evangelical about how impactful it is, if you do it right.
