RapidBI provide clients and professional consultancy organisations with tools to enable them to 'diagnose' or identify business development needs quickly & easily.
This is a strategic change management approach, based upon sound yet modern approaches to business growth.
Mentoring - with line managers being asked to do more with less, and no time for training, providing mentoring to this audience is proving highly popular, and added value to the bottom line.
Mike also provides executive and performance coaching to high performers.

An active volunteer undertaking a diverse range of activities.
In my mid teens I went along with a friend to a youth group run by the Red Cross. Since then working with and for the British Red Cross has become more than just a hobby.
I am an experienced trainer within the organisation (more than 20 years) running courses from First-aid, through to extended skills in Resuscitation, trauma and manual handling. I am also part of London's ambulance assessor team, training and examining our ambulance crews.
Regular Activities:
In the winter I regularly crew 999 emergency ambulances providing medical support to people in London, often on Friday or Saturday nights.
In the summer months I often attend large public events like the Biggin Hill air show, and many of London's street races, with colleagues providing medical aid.
Get involved
If you have a few hours a week and want to get some of the best training available - please contact your local Red Cross organisation. Its value to volunteers and the public is immeasurable.
