I am a professional with 18 years experience in ICT, technology, security, R&D and delivery of solutions.
Currently I am a senior research scientist at the Hewlett-Packard Laboratories in Bristol, UK - Secure Systems Lab. My role requires dealing with both technical and business aspects to deliver innovative R&D solutions to HP business units and research partners.
As a technologist, I led a variety of R&D projects and related teams, including collaborations with HP business units and EU funded projects - such as EU PRIME project (Privacy and Identity Management for Europe). I am involved in the UK TSB EnCoRe Project (Ensuring Consent and Revocation).
I have been involved in many architectural and system/solution design activities. A few related R&D technologies and solutions have been transferred to HP business units.
My current R&D focus is on aspects of Security and Identity Analytics, to providing support for strategic IT (security) & business decision makers (e.g. CIOs, CISOs.)
Specifically, my R&D activities require working and collaborating in various areas, including: security, privacy and identity management, compliance and governance, trust, adaptive systems, web services and web technologies.
