MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT
Joining Aone+ as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor and being quickly promoted to Systems Analyst in the IT department.

It was noted that I had quickly mastered a new bespoke software solution and had started giving informal training to my colleagues. It became apparent that I was the right person to train staff and push the development of the software. I worked tirelessly to train over 300 members of staff.
