Larry Watson’s Summary
Larry is a joint Director of The Way Consulting facilitating growth both financial and personal for a selective group of companies and organisations.
Born in the North East of England Larry has lived in London and Surrey for the last forty years travelling in the first instance to the area to join the Metropolitan Police.
In 1999 after a distinguished service Larry left the Metropolitan Police as a senior officer to form his own training company having become an expertly qualified trainer in Legislation and Criminal Law.
Larry continued to train and studied extensively in the field of personal growth. An extensively qualified Trainer and counselor and coach he now specialises in Executive Coaching, Team Development and Training. He holds qualifications in Education, Counselling and Counter Fraud.
Larry consults with a diverse portfolio of Clients from Senior Management Teams helping those organisations and individuals to achieve accelerated and sustainable growth.
It is his unique approach having interacted with over 200 organisations in both the Public and Private sectors that gives his Clients the edge – ‘real world’ methods, ideas and strategies delivered with passion and an enthusiasm that is infectious.
Larry is a consultant to Safe Ground a charity delivering a drama based development course to male prisoners, advising in the development and improvement of their Family Man programme which currently is delivered nationally in 22 HM. Prisons. He is also Vice Chair for The Executive Network an organisation for senior executives to keep pace with continually accelerating change in the world of business. With over 400 members, they are a growing independent organisation, drawing members from all industry sectors, functional backgrounds and geographic locations.
