Using open source platforms is at the core of my development methodology as I think it is best to harness the development power of a community where possible on any project from its foundation upwards. From the CMS being open source, to the client being open to their audience before and after launch of their website. I feel the use of social media is important and helps client’s interact with their core audience better.
I’m one to set an example for my team members and always ensure I have the knowledge to answer any and all questions they may have. I have managed teams between five and ten people positions I have been in.
For me web development isn’t my job but my life and I love everything about it.
