I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and have been practicing marketing for over 17 years. During that time I have picked up a few awards.

I am passionate about marketing and really enjoy the rewards from developing others. This is why I jumped from clientside to becoming a marketing consultant, so I can use my expertise and help others enhance their marketing and their own skills.

My strengths are as follows:

Maximiser: I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence; I work to transform something strong into something superb.

Ideation: I am fascinated by ideas, of which I have many. I can find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.

Strategic: I like to create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, I can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

Individualisation: I am totally intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. I seem to have a gift for figuring out how people, who are different, can work together

Adaptability: I like to “go with the flow” which provides the ability to respond to changes and unforeseen requests easily. It is flexibility that means I can stay productive even when being pulled in different directions.
