I led the teams that delivered the first production version of the platform (from Ukraine) and the first major application to a customer (Orange UK). As part of the management team of a small company, I contributed to all aspects of the business. This included building the team (both technical and sales staff), managing our outsourcing strategy (reducing a 15 strong team in Ukraine as relative costs changed over time) and developing the market offering.
