My background has both a strong people and commercial focus, with 25 years leadership and internet expertise working in blue chip and SME companies.
I co-founded the world’s first social business network Ecademy.com and as Chief Executive, together with a small team, grew it globally with half a million businesses.
Now my passion for leadership development and entrepreneurial business growth has resulted in a new business with the Academy for Chief Executives where, having “walked the talk” as a CEO member for seven years, I have created a flexible and select London group (Academy 88) specifically for busy CEOs and MDs of growing businesses which the members describe as "the board you could never afford".

I have created a specific flexible Academy group for busy CEOs and MDs of growing businesses.
The events are a focused morning experience meeting at premier venues in West Central London, alternating once a month with workshops from expert speakers and then working with non competing leaders in Academy's unique "board you could never afford" peer group sessions.
