Web Editor at University of St Andrews

Since November 2009 I have been employed as the Web Editor at the University of St Andrews. My role involves maintaining and editing the University web pages and assisting on projects being undertaken by the web team.
In 2008 I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Economics and Politics. Following that I worked as a freelance web developer and political researcher. I also briefly worked in the office of a Scottish MP, where I occasionally still volunteer.
I run websites in my spare time. I have been blogging since 2002. In addition to maintaining websites, I enjoy motorsport and experimental and electronic music.

MA (Hons) , Economics and Politics , 2004 — 2008
My choice of courses has led to me developing a particularly strong expertise of Scottish politics and Scotland's economy. I wrote my dissertation on the voting paradox (the phenomenon whereby economists struggle to explain why people vote).
