Describing my role, my focus is project development, requirements capture, formulation and integration of the project team. As well, I follow this through to project delivery and stakeholder management, including decision-making issues. Key Programme Management skill areas:

RISK & VULNERABILITY ANALYSIS
Since 2000 I have also established an international career in vulnerability and resilience analysis. I am a commentator on security, defense and counter terrorism research, its application, and project management.
I have pioneered concepts such as 3D Tactics, Fragmentation and Weaponisation of Buildings. I have developed a counter terrorism building vulnerability analysis for mass gathering commercial, industrial and shopping areas. As well, I give critical infrastructure protection policy advice.
I frequently publish in this topic and regularly speak at conferences. In the past I was a writer for the Australian Security Magazine. I comment on the evolving critical infrastructure legislative environment from a commercial view.
