I am a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society & Registered Guidance Practitioner. But I'm not just a psychologist, I've a background in business change and I'm highly creative. Having worked in a range of careers I'm fortunate to now work for myself in a job I love - helping other people work out what they want to do in life and get the job. Having been successful in the past I realised I'd climbed the wrong ladder!

I'm the winner of 2 National Career Awards for the work I do with adult career changers - I was the winner in the working with adults category for The Gold Career Programme. The award was sponsored by the Independent Newspaper. (November 2007). In November 2009 I won my second award, again in the working with adults category, this time for my Job Search Support Programme. I was highly commended

CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND COACHING:
20+ years experience in careers counselling, redundancy counselling, and 1:1 personal effectiveness counselling /coaching with middle managers and senior executives. I've worked with Coutts Consulting, Proteus Career Management, and TMP Worldwide plus as an internal consultant with the Post Office. With over 1000 clients in my own company - have now stopped counting.

PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT
I am qualified to use OPQ, 16PF5, MBTI, Firo-B, Birkman Method, Saville Consulting Wave, KAI, CPI, Strong Interest Inventory and have given sensitive feedback to well over a thousand people.
