My passion is helping people communicate with themselves and others as authentically as possible.



I love communications technology and the possibilities it opens up for us all and am fascinated by interpersonal communications and its effect on team and company performance. I also get tremendous satisfaction from helping people and teams achieve their goals and be the best they can be.

Combining 25 years experience in telecommunications with over 15 years acquiring skills in leadership, people development and personal communications (partly concurrently!), my work is at the interface between the two: helping people really understand themselves and each other, and be able to fully communicate with each other using technology.

I am a fluent German speaker and have much experience of European, American and Asian cultures and working practices. I’m a High Performance Coach, MBTI accredited and a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP.

In my spare time my interests include the outdoors, nature and animals (including learning from and communicating with them).
