Certified Scrum Master & Senior Software Engineer at Alterian
Bournemouth, United Kingdom
I'm a Scrum Master and senior software engineer with substantial experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, having significantly contributed to building the UK's leading .NET CMS product, and previously supporting Visual Studio .NET working for Microsoft UK.
My most significant achievement to date is the completion of Immediacy CMS SharePoint Connector v1.0 and 2.0, a product recently described by Forrester Research as the best in the market. I was responsible for the majority of the architecture design, UI design, and actual code implementation that went into the project.
I'm currently working as Scrum Master and software engineer in a team working on the Alterian CMC suite of products, focusing on ASP.NET 3.5, WCF, jQuery and AJAX technologies.
I enjoy developing, consulting and selling software.

I work as a Scrum Master and Senior ASP.NET Software Engineer in the core product development (CPD) team for the Alterian CMC (Immediacy CMS) suite of products, one of the UK's leading CMS platforms which specialises in ease of use, platform extensibility and third party product integration.
Recent achievements include the release of SharePoint Connector 2.0 (SPC), an enterprise connector product allowing unmatched ease of use and powerful bi-directional integration with Microsoft SharePoint lists and document libraries.
SharePoint Connector v2.0 has recently been described by Forrester Research as best in the market.
My contribution to this product was critical, having architected the design; implemented the majority of the code base; and acted as Scrum Master for the subsequently invested development team for version 2.0. This ensured it delivered upon the requirements and was released ahead of time, surpassing quality expectations.
