Craig Dwyer’s Summary

My background is a mix of a technologist & marketeer focused on the media and entertainment sector, with a background in television editing and production at Remote Films in London, through consulting and technology product management at Avid Technology in Boston, to executive level management for the BBC Technology Group and then Siemens.

I departed from Siemens in March 07 where most recently I was Head of the Media & Entertainment Sector. I’m currently exploring a number of new areas, such as the convergence of media and technology, the new economics of media, and having a lot of fun catching up with a bunch of my old friends, and making some new ones.

Through my own practice, I am working across a range of areas and engagements: Advising a webtv publishing company around strategy and go to market. Doing a feasibility study on building a business specific community and network, and working on strategy for a Web 2.0 content startup.

I have also just started to work as an executive in residence with Ariadne Capital, a venture capital advisory company working with European entrepreneurs.
