Director, GFX at HSBC
London, United Kingdom
I joined HSBC in the summer of 2009 to promote collaboration and marketing within the hugely successful Global Foreign Exchange and Metals franchise.
I am passionate about talent management and the role that the individual has in contributing to group success. I specialise in compensation and reward - using a range of techniques and programmes to provide global results.
I started my banking career at ABN AMRO in London in 1996. I had a succession of front office support roles - including various secondments to Head Office in Amsterdam.
I was promoted to Executive Director aged 32, with Chief Operating Officer responsibility for the global trading & sales division - reporting to Niall Cameron, MD Global Head of Traded Markets.
