I have extensive experience in assisting organisations make the most of their brands and positioning themselves effectively. I am actively involved in the development of business and marketing plans, the development of Corporate Identity and internal engagement of staff through Employer Branding and internal communications.
I started my career in above-the-line advertising at Leo Burnett in South Africa, and spent two years in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) focusing on the brand development of market leading FMCG brands. After relocating to the UK, I moved into recruitment marketing taking specific interest in Employer Branding and the process organisations need to follow in identifying their employer value proposition (EVP) and how it’s communicated both internally and externally.
Prior to joining 360° Advertising, I owned and ran Vivid Communications, which I bought through and MBO in 2006 from McCann Erickson (then know as McCann Erickson People Marketing). I merged the business with 360° Advertising in May 2008.
In October 2009 I launched TouchPoint Branding & Engagement.
