I have been tasked with developing a true channel platform to provide a wholesale offering for channel partners to increase their exposure to next generation network access methods. Currently these are primarily ADSL2+, including Annex-M. Predominantly using the Be/O2 network, we are able to provide Annex-M services (20Mb down and 2.5Mb up) to roughly 70% of businesses nationwide from c.1200 exchanges and rising.
As this is a new channel, I have been involved with controlling the levels of exposure through extensive sales and marketing activities, product development, technical analysis of peering arrangements and other commercial aspects.
Being a true tier 1 offering delivered via L2TP, features include direct DSLAM control and no capacity charging on the central pipe.
