I believe that one of the biggest value creators in most businesses and organisations is authenticity. People being honest to themselves (about why they do what they do) and being honest to their colleagues (about how they feel, and what they think).

I work with senior managers and business owners (and their teams) helping them to be authentic with themselves and with each other, and in the process to create high-performing teams that are aligned around their vision, goals, and strategy.

Also, to help them work together effectively and minimize any interpersonal dysfynction between them (hidden agendas, destructive conflict, gossiping, false agreement, playing games, etc).

The work takes the form of a combination of consulting, group facilitation, and executive coaching.

I developed my skills in this area as an officer in the Royal Marines in my twenties, as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in my early thirties, and through serving these clients:
