I consult with companies regarding their recruitment. I cover areas such as:
- Recruitment Strategy
- Direct recruitment Strategy
- Recruitment Process
- e-Recruitment (online recruitment)
- Social Media Strategy
- Social Recruiting
I focus on enabling companies to attract and hire the best people from various sources in the most cost effective way, for the talent they need.
An example of a fantastic project I am currently responsible for, is a full life cycle recruitment project for a large UK company. After a full recruitment audit of everything in the business that 'touched on' recruitment, followed by a comprehensive review document, I then implemented an e-recruitment strategy across the whole business, from senior to ground level.
What I like about the project is that it is a healthy mix of strategic advice coupled with a 'rolling up the sleeves' and getting hands-on operationally.
Currently the project is in the implementation phase, which is focused on drastically improving the effectiveness of e-recruitment within the business. I have redesigned e-recruitment processes to make them user friendly, implemented new 'candidate friendly' websites, as well as making changes to core recruitment processes.
Some other projects we are currently working on involve e-recruitment implementation consultancy; helping organisations use social media to engage with job seekers and using Google Adwords as a candidate generation tools.
