Welcome to “Client-World”, a free resource for those independent professionals (IPros) who wish to distinguish themselves from a growing herd of service-providers.

These vital questions will equip you to be a “Master of your Client World” ... a distinction more powerful than any other qualification you could get in the next 12 months.

This (free) “home-study” course consists of an email c. twice per month, asking you some challenging questions that few professionals have ever asked – or answered – about their client world.

You will usually find the answers by calling someone, or via simple Google research.

Why bother? Not only will this differentiate your offer, it will boost your credibility and make a tangible difference to your fees. IPro’s who don’t address these questions run the risk of extinction.
